By accessing and using OurHour ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

OurHour is a platform that connects event organizers with attendees. We provide a marketplace where users can discover, book, and host events. Our services include but are not limited to event listing, ticketing, payment processing, and user management.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others • Transmit viruses or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Event hosts are responsible for: • Providing accurate event information • Ensuring events comply with all applicable laws • Managing attendee expectations • Handling refunds and cancellations • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage OurHour reserves the right to remove events that violate our policies or applicable laws.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. All payments are subject to the terms of our payment processors. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be subject to processing fees. Event hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OurHour and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. OurHour's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OurHour expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall OurHour, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
